Facts are you have a unique guitar, you wanted more money for the guitar, you screwed up TWICE in how you set up the auction by not setting up and paying for a reserve, the last auction successfully closed. You are not new to eBay. You have sold high end items. You know the rules when selling. You made a commitment to sell and you didn't honor it

He's has or had two (unless he just sold one. -7 from the auction and a -8 with binding damage.)
Unfortunately, how do you determine value - prior sales? There has been a lot of misinformation passed around about what the previous "private" sales were. He expected $15,000. The market (eBay) said $5,000. |
