I emailed you about this. I think your axe wants to come live at my house. Well, I hope.
Also, I am wondering if you know how many guitars were made during the november 1967 to july 1968 period. I can only find where the numbers start at s/n 1000, but I am unsure how high they go. Could Ovation by November 1967 be producing more then 200 guitars a month? (they did approximately 1000 in the next 4 to 5 month period, hence my math of about 200/month.) just curious, thanks for help. let me know about guitar, peace mike |

Dave, if no one else goes for it...we'll talk, will probably "adopt" it so it doesn't go to eBay.
Need to keep in the OFC. |

You are turning into a 1st class OFC'aholic :D .
I guess the Colorado museum is growing bigger every day.
Originally I was thinking one of us could grab his guitars, throw them in the back of the car, and hang out and jam a bit. Now I think one of us is gonna have to rent a U-HAUL :p

I think Mike is blowing by me like a Ferrari to a Volkswagon. Seems he has a bid in on every Ovation on eBay!
I need to check the names of Lotto winners from the last few months and see if he is listed!
I only have a few purchases planned for '05. The 12 Fret Adamas, the OFC guitar, the 05 collector, and a good 12 string (undetermined at this time but I am sure the muse will let me know when it arrives)!
I also plan to sell off a few of the solid bodies. Just not sure which ones yet.
Plus I have 3 projects I am working on.
The RAINBOVATION (a UK2 body painted in a rainbow pattern with a deluxe block inlay neck, split coil pickups with phase switching and a few other undetermined goodies).
A 12 String Preacher deluxe.
A 12 String Viper.
OH MY GOD!!!! Must get the pepcid......major GAS ATTACK!!!! :D :D :D |
