A little bit off topic, but if anyone is interested in a cool vintage syhtnesizer, here you go. I am the original owner and it works flawlessly. Dave

MAN, and I told you I was going to have to switch to keyboards and you didn't even give me a heads up on this one! LOL, looks nice, wife'll kill me, if I even bid, unless some of your fine gentlemen start making offers on the Thunderhead. Hey good luck with your listing, looks very interesting. ray...

My wife is pushing me to offload my Motif8. I guess it must be that time of year, as I sold off my TX802 (w/data cart) and CS6r, both of which were mint. Good luck with the sale...my recollection is that the Kawai's were decent keyboards.

They get good reviews on Sonicstate (solid 4 out of 5), and Vintage Synth has some nice things to say about them (warm, fuzzy digital sounds...which is not something you hear very often). I didn't know that Chemical Brother and ATB use them (or the K4r rack mount version), still. Very cool.

For your starting bid, it's a steal, based on Prepal and even Sonicstate's (outdated) data.

I don't understand. Where do you put the strings?
