Ovation Custom Legend 1719-30CM (Purchased New in 2004 Oct).
I have 2 and 1 just has to go for personal reasons. Only thing I have done to this guitar is change the strings. Wanted to do a comparison between the 2 guitars with different strings. I played this less than 5 minutes. Selling "As-New". 9158 case I'm keeping for my other 1719. Comes with new case as shown.

Warranty can't be switched over but I do have the original warranty card in the owners manual. Never sent it in.

$1500 shipped anywhere in Continental US. I will not be going to Ebay to sell.

This is an outstanding guitar and excellent offer...local GC has one for $1,899...manager said they have sold four or five from that store (once they moved the display down from the rafters.

My understanding is that this is a short term offer as I will adopt it if it isn't sold through the OFC.

OP-Pro w/XLR, bone nut, Master (AAA) bearclaw spruce, carved bridge & truss rod cover, abalone, dual truss rod, deep brown bowl, etc.

This is the ultimate Custom Legend.

HI all, I recently purchased a used 1719-cm in excellent condition. I can add that this is a terrific guitar. Very deep full sound, very easy to play and keep on playing. If this is in your price range, it is a great buy. I seriously doubt you will be disappointed. And there are only like 300 made, if that helps sway anyone. peace

tony, thanks for plug on 1127. lots of watchers.

terry, good luck, someone will be happy.

A 3rd opinion of the same ilk.

Excellent sounding and playing guitar at a very attractive price.

Only problem I see with this deal is I don't have the cash in my guitar/toy/plaything fund. Its almost boating season.(Bring On Another Thousand!)

As much as Tony loves that model, I'm guessing he decided to adopt it until he can locate a better home for it. Heck, at one time he had 4 of them!

bought/adopted it...we'll see. it does look like the bear claw spruce is developing well.

have a need for the two I have, this will be three.

from the beginning, I had told Terry I would buy it but I wanted to let someone else on the OFC have the opportunity first.

Heck, had four ;)

One for me and probably one for my daughter.

For my daughter - least I could do for (1) the Les Paul gift from Les Paul and (2) the two Rock and Roll Hall of Fame tours that I expect her to coordinate (one in Cleveland and one in Phoenix.)

The third? Well, someone will want one down the road...call it an adoption for future sale or trade.

In 29 years the case would be a vintage case (like the fender case from other thread) and would cost an extra $600. 600/5=120 months or 10 extra years. but in 39 years, it will be all yours.....just trying to help....
