I am currently trying to work a deal on a solid body Viper but if it fails, does anyone out there have a late 70's or early 60's model in great condition they would like to sell?

Stephent28-
Your wall of Vipers is nice.............very green with envy right now! I love the 3rd from left on the first pic. It resembles the one I am working a deal on. If you had to part with one which would you sell in case my deal falls through?

Thanks,
Mike

All are for sale at the right price. The natural is gone, sold to Glenn Hess.

All are in excellent to near mint. I believe the natural that Glenn bought (which I considered to be in excellent shape) was probably in the worst condition of any of them.

Glenn....how would you rate the condition of your Viper?

Hi Stephen,

Well I would rate it 9.8 out of 10 especially considering it's age, you took very, very good care of this guitar.

actually was just getting ready to hop in on the thread since I just got home from work.

Mike, would this be your "first" solid body Ovation?

The guitar I got from Stephen was his 1st ovation solid body. and then became my 1st ovation solid body.

I have now received a very nice preacher deluxe and have my sights on a preacher/deacon 12-string.(1 of which stephen has.)

we started kind of a legacy with this viper, and I would be willing to pass it on to you for exactly what stephen sent to me for. I could then make the down payment on the 12 to stephen if still available.

God Bless,

Glenn
