Location: The Great State of Texas | 1993 Custom Elite N868 for sale - serial #469958. Tobaccoburst Shallowbowl with Op24 electronics. What is unique about this model is the abalone purfling and abalone up the sides of the fingerboard. Also, the Ovation logo in the headstock is abalone inlay. Great look without being too over-the-top.

I don't know if you'd call it rare, but it's certainly unique, since it's one of the few Nakao export guitars still here in the US. I thought I'd try my fellow OFCers to see if there is any interest in keeping it in the family.
I'd like to get $800 for it, as I'm wanting to acquire a Godin Multiac and that would basically get me there. If you have one to trade, even better.
