Holly C$ap you got a deal...

Go ahead.. find a Made In USA set neck bass for under $2000 !!!!

The serial may be under the bridge or along the lower side of the headstock, on the edge.

It's definately a PF-22 Bass, and this variation has both style Magnum Pickups..

I knew about this one, but figured it would easily go for over a $1000, so didn't bother. Dang!!!!!

I was checking that one out also but I didn't really know what it was, so I didn't want to take a chance. Congratulations! I was thinking that set neck was really cool too.

Cool!
Chalk up one for the BFLG! The fickle Mistress of Ebay just winked at me.

Now I'll either need to get lessons or trade up for something.

Trading up is going to be a challenge on that one.

No matter what you get, it won't have those pickups in it. You could certainly trade up to a more expensive bass, but you'll have to get into some real money to find a better one. JMHO

By Trade Up I meant for a similar level of guitar, or Ukulele, etc.

Actually I would like to learn some Bass basics and I may never need another Bass again! When I saw it I knew it was 99% legit and didn't expect to win it.

Looks nice, but the guy didn't take the photos on a red blanket: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120265554346

Yup,

Matches perfectly to my TRC and PUP rings. Woody, we need to talk my friend. These 2 are, how did Robert Barone put it? "Meant to Be"

they are original, see how they match the knobs? which are original too. I picked them just for that. If you redo the p/g get the curve to the treble side proportioned right, this one is off a bit.
