I see Mike musta been priced out of the running and he's currently trying to buy half of Deutschland...
I won the Applause with the broken bridge as my first foray into amateur luthiering. |

Location: New Hampsha | MW - I'm trying to guess your strategy. Take the cherry neck and mate it with the new unfinished body? Buying a bare bowl and remaking a top seems to be a long shot... And the shipping from the EU is fair but eats profits.

I am only playing, no serious concept yet.
But the idea of adapting a body to a custom scale neck and cutting in my own frets seems interesting!
Longneck? Mandocello? Ten string? We'll see!
Which Ovation has double Fan Bracing? |
