It "looks" like a do it yourself glue job on the floating neck to top.
Maybe an epp. is lifting as well?
Ask the seller for this set of pic's. I guess I could email the file if anyone needs...

I'm the guy who bought the Ovation off eBay! However, the description didn't mention any DIY glue job on the neck....
I've contacted the seller and asked him for pictures. He says it doesn't affect sound and playability, but I'd rather see a bit more detail before parting with my cash.
@Woz: I'd be very grateful if you can send me the pictures you have to bastianmiv (at) gmail.com. Also, where did you get the idea that an epaulet is coming loose from?
@StephenT: That's a very interesting guitar, and as of yet I do not yet have an Adamas non-cutaway in my collection. (I have 3 Adamas cutaways, an Ovation Elite and an Ovation Gut String) How much do you want for it?
