I am continually amazed. If you are even thinking about a 1718 and have the stomach for the tobacco burst, go for it - you'll never look back.

The only reason I wouldn't bid on the one that's out there is I have the 1111-4 and don't need another deep bowl. If this one plays anything like his does, you won't be disappointed. --Karen The menagerie: Gertrude, Jewel, Blanca, "Nonnie," Ivory, Sugar, Plink, "Plink-to-be," Twang and Shriek.

On the other hand, I've corresponded with the seller who says he REALLY doesn't want to sell it, but his wife is pressuring him about his GUITAR STUFF being all over the house. If he doesn't sell it on Ebay, he may just have to keep it. (sounds like that may be his actual desire anyway) He is also going to send me some closeups of the top and fretboard, which he says are not cracked or worn.(respectively) MY NAME IS BRYAN ... AND I AM AN ELITEAHOLIC.
