Location: Missouri | Golly,,,, If I wasnt looking for a deep bowl balladeer, in excellent condition, I would probally find them everwhere,, Greg you you have certainly tried to help me, and I sure appreciate it,, But if any of you old pros have what Im looking for please dont hesitate to contact me with details,,
Would even consider a 6 string,instead of the 12.
It has to be deep bowl, and nutral in color and of course it has to be OVATION !!!!! AND must be one that has been cared for and loved,, I know Im asking way too much.
Thanks Joyce |

| Glenn, I have a '78 1624 with a short in the preamp. I want to keep it original but haven't been able to find an original preamp, and this one was made in mexico...any ideas, suggestions? I don't think the factory has any of these.. |

I would think that the preamp on your 1624 is very similar to what they have on the Glen Campbell reissue's.
Give Kim Keller a call. He would know.
Is this the Sunburst finish? Don't get me drooling. :D |

If you buy the one on ebay that Norseman linked and would rather have one in natural, let me know. I have one in excellent condition that I just got for $350 with the case. I wouldn't mind a green one if it's in the same shape as mine. |
