Location: Phoenix AZ | Hey, I'm not the price police but I find this interesting. Two authorized Ovation dealers selling MEII 12-string FRG's. Nothing odd there, but a significant difference in price!
Both are upfront stating that they are FRG's, come with case, etc. I'm just a little surprised at the difference in price. I'm not seriously in the market for another 12'er right now but I must say I really like the looks of the single epi greyburst on this guitar. someone is going to get a great deal on a $2900. list guitar. Hope it's someone here.

Location: Tennessee | Very interesting color on that second one ... I've never seen the graphite burst color before. Sort of back to the barnboard look. |

Location: Bluffton, SC | I can only guess what type of projection those 12'ers have but my guess is they must throw out an entire wall of sound. What did Johnny (Strummin' 12) have at last year's Tour? I'm not usually a 12 string player but that thing was fantastic. |

Bob - that graphite burst color is really cool. I had one. 99% of the time it looks gloss black, but at the right angle the greyburst comes out. Beautiful. Actually not at all like the Ovation stock photo. Bro Bobby's photos (which look just black) are more acurately how it looks. If I wasn't up to my pubes right now in 12'ers I'd have this one. |
