One of my pet peeves at ebay (or anywhere else for that matter) is when people describe their guitar as "Mint" or "Perfect" and then three sentences later say, "except for the dent my drunk bass player put in it when he dropped a bottle of Jaegermiester on the top"...

If it ain't PERFECT or MINT then, don't say it IS, fellers....

(I know, I'm ranting over an Applause, but is fairly common occurrence...)

I have one of those. Neat little travel guitar. I keep toying with the idea of putting a p/u in it.
