http://www.accordo.it/articles/2008/06/16735/quattro-adamas-e-unova...
The name of the website is "accordo" (chord). Basically there are 4 video where they compare 4 adamas and 1 ovation. All guitars tested belong to the guy with no hair. Hope you enjoy ! ;)
Remarks : they say adAmas (like in english) but the right pron. is Adamas, with the accent on the first A.
ALL guitars tested with flat on board and amp. controls.

Location: big island | interestingly, the ovation sounded better in these clips than did any of the adamas models. that's not saying much, because the audio on the clips was rather poor to begin with. the adamas guitars look like proto-types or custom mades. never seen one like any of those before. |

Location: Scotland | The one in the 3rd clip is a 1591 Adamas 3. Appeared in the '97 catalog never to be seen again. I think I've seen maybe 2 on ebay since. Shame, I thought it was a really cool guitar. |

Location: Tuscany, Italy | In the 4th video they give some explenation about the adamas III. They say that that particular guitar is the number 88 out of 99 produced. The g-player is saying that he likes the adamas III very much as it is versatile and by the mid of the video give some example of that. Very cool !

Is it my imagination, but is the chord progression that he keeps using for comparison
from Danny O'Keefe's "The Road"?? |

from Danny O'Keefe's "The Road"?? Yes it is. It was a wonderful record... and so was Jackson Browne's cover.
It's a shame the audio was handled so poorly in this comparison... |

Location: Tuscany, Italy | Yes. Confirmed "the road" ! A famous '70 hit cover of J. Browne (at least here in Italy). Never known it was an O'Keefe original song.
Just out of curiosity; they are saying that the Adams I "golden" has the same color of Mr. Kaman sr. porsche. Is it a novel ?

Location: big island | referring back to "the road" for a moment, although his facial expressions belie it, this gentleman does a very fine job playing the song. |
