AII 1681-BG on the Bay. Wow that teal colour is amazing! Personal choice of course, but was this an export?

Something ain't right. I don't think they put the Optima in the reissues, or made them in the blue/green color.

But it's a nice guitar at a realistic price.

I saw that one too, and wondered what it was. It states that is's a 30th aniv. but I've never seen one like this. Optima amp and all.

this appears to be the first auction as seller that this person has participated in. will only take bankwire to hong kong. red flags!

love the color though. it especially contrasts nice with the epaulettes. this combo probably looks better with the brown bowl color rather than black.

I believe those were made for japan market. The reissues over there were different. There was an Adamas I reissue CUTAWAY that was very nice. This teal green/blue color has been done on some other Adamas guitars. I think it looks pretty nice. Dave

This color was only offered for a year or so in the mid 90's.

I had one in that color for a short time back in '97 or '98 and it had the (at that time) brand new Optima in it.

Got rid of it shortly to go with the more standard, and less flashy blue.

Gotta say I do too and I really don't care that much for most of the colors. Black or natural is fine with me and there's something about that 47RI red that's pretty ok too buyt you can hold the rest.

Anybody notice that the seller changed the opening bid of $1,099 and a BIN of $1,299 to an opening bid of $2,099??
