You had a thread under your other profile (Dan Schafer), that we were posting 'Viper findings'.
"They make a 12 string Viper??" Yes Wabbit, they are really nice.
Michael passed his black one on to me when he was able to find one in natural. I have one in natural, going in this week to the Spa. We're going to redo the top in nutmeg to match the Book Viper and refinish the back in satin.
Dan, the black EA58 is with Tony right now, but I'm sure it could be yours if you send money. |

I know he had both 6 and 12 string models. |

I know he had both 6 and 12 string models. Actually the Bluebirds were Vipers in appearance only, they were urethane foam bodies on an aluminum frame like the UKII.. which is why I am resurrecting the Bluebird 12 neck on a UK body instead of a wooden viper body.

Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | Dan, after reading your posts from last summer where you were looking for a Viper 6, I, too, became interested and eventually found this beauty. I use it a lot for the Praise Band these days. I, too, am looking for a Viper 12. Maybe I'll ask if the factory could build me one that matches this.

| I'm sorry I wasn't aware of any of the current production a/e solid body Vipers being called Bluebirds.
