I remember about a year ago.. maybe two tops.. a checkerboard Breadwinner sold on eBay. Did anyone here get that one and might it be up for a trade or sale? I have original Deacons and Breadwinners of course but I'm a huge Cheap Trick collector and that guitar would really fit into my collection.. so maybe we can work somthing out? If anyone has it or knows who has I'd love for them to contact me.

Thanks and God bless!

I think it was Tupperware who owned and sold it on ebay. Maybe he can help in the search for the current owner.

It was mine. I sold it about 4 years ago and honestly I have lost all track of where it went. It was a cool guitar. It didn't have breadwinner electronics, it had been completely gutted and set up with some dimarzio's if I recall correctly. Dave

Ohhhhh, well that's fine I think? I'd probably switch out the electronics with one I have now and keep both! hahahaa I could sworn I seen a picture of it here in the gallery.. but that was maybe under Tupperware from 4 years ago or something? Hmmmmm... hope it shows up available.. it would be great fun at my Cheap Trick gigs!

Thanks and God bless

Michael

Could have been under StandingOvation, Michael. That's Tup's evil twin...

There it is! So it's yours Wabbit?
You want to trade or sell it outright?

I can have my friend transfer all the electronics and I can send you back maybe one of my Breadwinners? Give a call...

Thanks!

I think the Wabbit merely pulled up some old photos from StandingOvations collection.

Wabbit is a cruel dude to lead you on that way!

Michael, Wabbit was just posting a photo from my website where I have all my guitars featured, past and present. He was not the one who bought it. If I recall it was not an OFC member who got it, just some random ebayer.
