| I have a nice Epi Valve Jr. head with jj power tube and mullard preamp tube for sale. vgc less than a year old and light play time. I am including a spare set of tubes(same configuration nib).. these are nice little amps for the money imo and with the tube upgrades is nicer.
the tube sets cost over $50 and you all know what musiciansfiend is selling the head for..$99..
I have another little amp project on the way from ST, and could use the money to help pay for my new op pro for the classical.
$100 shipped/insured conus... offers?

Location: ranson,wva | glenn, how did the 'jr sound with the upgraded tubes? ive got a set of groovetubes upgrade tubes and for mine and the tone/standby switch mods that havnt been installed yet. i can do the tubes but im not sure about the other mods..lol might have to make a trip to wva to have my tube guy do the mods....jason |

| be careful when doing the mods Jason.. The Capacitors will knock you on your A$$ or worse if you're not really careful.
the preamp tubes made the most difference in tone, try different values of 12 series tubes till you find a flavor you like..
one of the things I liked about this is you can swap and play with different configurations.
