Hi all, well I put my adamas u681t-a (acoustic only ) on ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=012&sspagename=STR...

also my Hamer subtone-I believe this is the first one ever made-and what a great low end this bad boy has.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=012&sspagename=STR...

both like brand new-both incredibly rare to find...I haven't even gotten to the artist ulimate or improve yet.... ;)

Attention! THIS is the U681 you want to have. Acoustic only. Nothing to smother the pure sweet tone. Someone here is going to be very lucky to pick this one up.

Beautiful Jerome, if I didn't just buy the UTE, I would have thought very seriously about this one. I know you will enjoy it!

Wow!
This went fast!

Congrats Jerome, I am sure you will love that guitar!
An acoustic only UTE must be even better than the A/E model.

Hope it will give you a smile on your face - and help you get along, even if it is only for some minutes, even when times are bad.

Best regards, my friend,
Kurt

Nice!!
Those acoustic ones sound REALLY good!

The two(or was it three?) prototypes that these were based on were designed to be acoustic-only, and sounded great!

Congrats,Jerome!!!

Welcome to the 681 club! I'll be listening for your first E Major chord. I just might be able to hear it over here in Missouri!!!

Nice grab Jerome!

Mike, if the subtone doesn't sell, lets talk about it. Maybe I can give it a temporary home.

Jerome,
you are a wild man. Sorry to see this one go...(well ok I am sorry to see any of them go, but..)

Dave ,
did you change the u681t registration? I ask because the other only acoustics, are now all w-681t (meaning the woven tops).
So this one would be the first U-681t (with the unidirectional top) , or should I be drinking more coffee???

Stephen,
No worries. Someday-I hope you see the Hamer shop. (of course -you have to go through Ovation repair shop ;) )

Thanks again Jerome peace mike

Drink more coffee ... What I "think" is :

20318 and 20319 are W681-ta woven protos acoustic only (Woz and Mike)

21127 and 21208 are U681-ta unidirectional acoustic only (Jerome and Dave)

19064 and 19245 are W681-ta woven export 14 fretters acoustic only (Jason and Dave)

Usually, I'm not a big fan of 12 fretters but the Utes are fantastic.
I've played Edouard's and Woz Utes and I'm in love with the sound.
I'm playing unplugged most of the time that's why Mike's guitar seems to be perfect to me.

Thanks for your congrats.

J :)
