I need to make room for a recent acquisition so I'm selling my 12-string Martin (J12-16GT). It is in "as new" condition and was purchased last year. Back and sides are solid mahogany - top is spruce. Included is an original hardshell case and original papers. Below are the specs off of the CF Martin site. I'm asking $1050 plus shipping or might consider trade for a very intersting Ovation.

There was some interest with the post but nothing conclusive. A couple people were interested locally but dithering.
An offer cam from an unexpected source and it was sweet for both parties.
