eBay. BIN seems high for its condition. |

| Does seem high, don't it. But, it's a 1537....be interesting to see what the factory could do with it..may it won't sell the first time around and they'll lower the BIN for us.. ;) |

Location: SoCal | That's not a high BIN at all. Buy it, send it to the factory for maybe $4-$500 of work and you've got a great guitar for under $1200 --- one of the best Ovation ever built, that competes with guitars costing twice that..... |

| the top looks to be in good shape... better than the one I have in CT now... so you could probably save the top and the bowl... the estimate on a new new neck and a refinish would be around $500 to $550 maybe a little less with my current experiences.. Kim says they like to try and save the epaulets if they can..
now that's the estimate pricing... they sometimes ;) come in and finish the jobs for less than that.
looks like it's worth the trip to me.
ymmv.

Location: GATLINBURG TENNESSEE :) | I think this one is right up my alley for my AdamOvation project idea. I do think the buy it now is pretty high for the condition though. I've seen very nice ones go for 750-800. If there are no bids I may try to pick it up for the low bid price.. |
