Now that would be cool. Wish I was in that area to be able to check it out.

I'll bet this thing is a hoot. I love the old sounds but $500 is $500 at this point.
It is a drive for me and I have no time to check it out (although I'd like to) but I thought, because it is so odd to find one of these, that some of you "Old Farts" might remember using one and want it.

Just kidding about remembering.
I can offer to make contact if anyone wanted it though that way the seller will know someone local has an interest in it and is a sort of middle man....? your more protected that way.

If I was in the market, this would be my choice.

Those are nice too....and almost local!

Al, what were the main differences between the Model 16 and model 60's?

Man how nostalgic!

I used to have a small Fender-looking Leslie cabinet that I used with a couple other cabs for my guitar rig with a Fender Dual Showman Reverb running all three; sounded awsome and I've always regretted giving that little Leslie away.

not sure of the difference except SRV used the fender one so it has "mojo" (translate $$$$)

Best I can determine from googling is the only difference is the Model 16 (and 18) required a preamp.
The 60M had it's amp built-in!
Not much info on the 60 Series.
