The guitar is in great, but not excellent shape. The only imperfections are two small finish only cracks right by the bridge, and it is missing the control knob. Somewhere on this site I read that these guitars are generaly worth what they sold for new. That would place value at about $795., is this correct? Thanks for your help. ![]()

The knobs are not a problem as you can get them from the factory cheap. The cracks are not a big issue, but they ARE an issue non the less. Check Ebay for the same model. That is probably the best "market value" test you will find. Nice color aging on the top!

You might be able to get a bit higher, but like trader Jim (and I don't want be the price police, either) I think near $800 might be a little out of reach. It is a nice looking guitar!

Your timing might be poor, since the Christmas presents have all been bought, but maybe someone got some cash for Christmas and is looking to spend it. Some people want a big discount for lack of electronics, but others don't want the electronics.
