Location: Rockford, MI | I'm new to this site and would like to sell my 1992 Ovation Collector's Edition. I have been the sole owner and player of this guitar which has been fantastic. I still play it every week and plug it in at our church and it sounds great and looks cool. It has some normal wear but plays great.
My question is where do I go? Do I sell it on ebay? Any suggestions would be very helpful. I also am unaware as to its value, but am open for suggestions. I am not looking to get rich but to find someone who can appreciate it as much as I have for these last 15 years. |

| Welcome. This is as good a place as any to start. Pictures would be very helpful in generating interest. This thread is a tutorial on how to post pictures here on this board.
As far as price, search eBay for completed auctions on this model to get an idea of what they've sold for. Be aware that "price" and "value" are often two very different things!
eBay will get you the widest audience, but there are the issues of dealing with complete strangers likely far away, shipping, payment, etc. You might want to try your local area cragslist first if you don't get any bites here. Best of luck! |

This is the last \'92 Collector that I saw on eBay.
The '92C is my favorite Shallow Bowl. Come to think of it, the two that I kept are my only Shallow Bowls.
They come up for sale every now and then. Depending on the condition of the guitars, figuring of the tops, creative eBay listings, and commitment of the sellers... I have seen them go between $500 and $1200.
Pictures would be a great start. |

Location: Rockford, MI | I will try to upload a picture. In the meantime I did put up a web gallery that has many more pictures of the 92 Ovation Collector's Edition. Check it out and give me some advice. I appreciate it.
