Hello Everyone,

I have accepted the distribution position for Blueberry for eight southeastern states... If anyone wants to acquire one of these guitars, I can sell it to you direct. They only make about 250 guitars a year..They are hand carved in Bali then sent to the luthier in Canada for set up and then to me for dealer distribution....check em' out at www.blueberryguitars.com

If anyone is interested in one ,let me know.

Holy smoke! I don't know if you guys remember but I mentioned visiting a factory in Bali about two years ago ... this is it!

First of all, let me say, congrats to george and wayan for getting the business off the ground!

I actually saw the factory being built ...
George Morris let me play one of the prototypes and it was great, George is a great luthier from Vermont, and Wayan is "the" wood worker / sculpter in bali, guy's a real artist. Both George and Wayan are super guys.

They're very ornate and playable (or at least the prototype was) guitars. I had no idea they had gotten this far. I wish them all the best and I'm really thrilled for them.

Another observation:play the guitar just about anywhere, and you make friends.

Having a blueberry farm you'd think I'd have one of those but I don't... yet.

No, I don't have one: its a long story...carving was very nice but it needed a serious neck setup and detailing...interesting inovation...they do have a good sound..the carved ebony headstock was fantastic...but, I want to play my guitars. That said, they were nice folks to deal with...just decided against it.
