That's funny! Thanks for the chuckle, and sorry for the confusion.
I'm not sure if the fitted case that came with the original Josh White guitar was any different than the standard bowl or not. Maybe it has his name on it, maybe not.
If anyone here has a pic of such a case, I'd sure like to see it.

There was nothing special about the Josh White case, same case as all the other shiny bowl models.
