we're getting ready to move to a nice riverside home on the intracoastal, and is in a "quiet" type neighborhood.. so ALL of the electrics are going...

am also needing to fund/supplement new Ovation purchases from Alpep, so have some nice stuff available.

1537-1, freshly rebuilt by mother, new top/bowl replacement(gorgeous) looks like a new guitar, and basically is, refret, fretboard level, two knobber stereo, 9158 case, $1100 shipped conus obo

Q-597, just received from Keith, very good condition, bridge repair/replacement done at some point, minor cosmetic issues at seams/glue joint around bridge... 9158 case, $750 shipped conus... exactly what I have in it.

1985-x-6p custom-built classical shallow bowl elite.. as far as I've been able to find out it's a one-off that was custom built for/presented to Larry Gatlin...in 1985 for? op24, slot-head, wide neck, 14fretter w/abalone purfling, rosewoood fretboard w/1985 inlay at the 12th as on the 85 collectors, and maple diamond inlay fretmarkers, carved TRC, and original 9158 ssb case(baby blue lining) freshly back from mother and neck reset, no issues, $1500 shipped/insured conus.

UKII 12 string, w/ohsc, Bluebird 12 neck, ukii pickups, and all proper hardware, bridge pickup/phase is dicey, will always work in up position, when it wants to in down position.. maybe an easy fix, haven't gone there yet.. $750 shipped conus firm, and is much less than the cost of the components and case.

the turser proto is available for $325 shipped, all hardware and electronics upgraded, emgs(HZ passive), shaller bridge, cts pots, switchcraft 3-way and jack, sprague orange drop cap, grovers, wilkinson roller bridge, dunlop straplocs, ebony knobs, flamed maple pickup rings, all gold hardware and screws, either neck-thru or sculpted set neck, cannot see a seam line so assume neck through.. very nice, 24.75 scale, two octave neck..nice rosewood fretboard. this is a great little monster..

I am working on purchasing at least 2, maybe 3 NEW O's from LAV/Alpep, a couple of the new deep contours, and maybe a new Folklore as well..

if interested e-mail/PM me for more pictures and info,

I'm only keeping my Shen 60 as an amp, so if anyone's interested in a couple of Roland mini-stacks w/8x5" speakers and tube-emulation cheap let me know. model #GC405 for the amps, and GC405-x for the extension cabs, each includes a G. Lynch speaker cable..

not all will be sold, as soon as I reach the #of$ needed, the remaining O's will be kept. the UK, and the Turser will sell to anyone interested, and if the 1537 sells the 85-x is off the table and vice-versa...

Thanks,

Glenn

edit, it is a 1537-4, Natural, not a burst, and they used the Antique toner on the top, and looks very nice..

and on the turser it is a wilkinson roller nut(needle bearing) and string tree, not a roller bridge.

thanks,

Glenn

I like this guitar, this Q-597 and if I had a little money, I would buy it at once!!! As 1718 ivory which always works marvelously (thanks again, dear friend) !!!!

Thanks Thierry! with the current value of our dollar vs EU it would still be a great deal!

you need the white custom classical to go with the 1718-6, and your upcoming ME6... :D

glad you still have it(1718-6p), and hope the children still think it's their favorite, it was one of the nicest elites that I've owned.

hope all is well with you and yours.

God Bless,

Glenn
