...so, anyone have one of these for sale?
Boss BD2 at Musician\'s Friend

If not, I'll take this advert to the GC to see if they will match the deal....

Tim you can usually find these on eBay for much less than retail: I did and I really like mine. There are also some really nice upgrades for this pedal...some do it yourself and some (Keely etc.) that you send the pedal in to them...which I recommend if you haven't got a shop.

They don't even sell 'em NEW w/the AC adapter . . .

It's a pretty generic 12V PS, & you can get 'em cheap at GC.

What Cliff said, affirmed by Stephen, but the PS is 9v negative center pin, one of the most common on the market, not 12v.

Sorry, I "MEANT" t'say 9V.
My A.R.T. pedal is 12V & I always have to consciously keep the 2 PS's seperated on my pedal board . . .

If you have a Boss TU-2 Tuner pedal, you can easily just "daisy-chain" the 9V right out of THAT to your other pedals.

Keeping the power supply leads sorted out is critical. There's 9v center pin negative (most common, but the tips vary) and positive (for the Janglebox), 12v (for the Mesa V-Twin), and 18v (for the Trace SMX and Cry Baby), etc. Gotta keep the leads sorted out correctly!
