Location: Pacific Northwest Inland Empire | Yikes. I think that critter is priced about the-edge-of-the-envelope, but they're pretty good instruments, all-things-considered. Just be careful with the fret-wear in the "money frets" (1st three-or-four), cuz they can't be refretted, short of sophisticated milling & machining.
Looks pretty nice, though. |

It's really more the choice and availability in the US.
If you take into account the cost of shipping the going prices here are probably fairly reasonable.
Just limited choice.
The cost of shipping a deep bowl acoustic from the US is now close to $500. :(
