Location: Staffordshire, England | Hello all
I'm not selling this but i have a Matrix with serial number 004000, which as far as the ovation website 'crack the ovation code' tool suggests it was made in 1972.
This is not the aluminium fretboard model, it is actually in fantastic condition as i beleive the store i bought it from completed a £150 service and tune up on it.
Any ideas on value or more on the age?
Cheers

Location: Scotland | The Matrix wasn't introduced until 1975. The fact that yours has a re-frettable rosewood 'board rather than the Ali fingerboard of the earlier versions makes it a later model. Probably '80/'81 just before the Matrix morphed into the Balladeer Special and then the Ultra. In the UK it might fetch £150-ish |
