Yes, that looks bad...

Still available for sale or trade, but looks like I might be better off keeping it for now.

That's why most Real Estate Agents don't like Dave! He has sweet skills when it comes down to Marketeering and chrono-phorensic-demography for perfomance trend dicotomy.

I played an 05 this last weekend and still like them but not passionately.

Try an Ebay auction with a reserve and see what gives.
