1981 Balladeer in excellent condition-no cracks or warping.
OHSC has a small crack in the lid side near one of the latches. Asking $650 plus shipping.

Lots of love but not at that price. I have a similar 1112-1 that is awesome but I would be lucky to get a resale of $350.

It's just like Mr. Big says in the "Welcome" notes. "Ovations don't get the respect they deserve."

sorry

Echo what Woody said. Values are really down now, more that normal, which was poor. Ovations are great guitars, it's just that not that many people appreciate them.

I guess it also depends where you live-here in Canada we do not see them with low values as in the USA.

As Woody said he does not think he could get more than $350-which is a shame for a US made guitar.People think nothing to spend more than double that to get an import guitar with all the bling.

They are great guitars-it is just that I have 4 other acoustics which I value more.

I don't need another Balladeer but I do have some electrics and some potential build up combinations. Anyone want to jump in the middle?
