Looking for a K-bar style Slothead neck that is unbroken. finish issues are not a problem but I'd prefer one without re-glue issues.

Kaman Bar necks have the TRC-less Peghead and an Aluminum Two-Bolt attachment.

Available is an OPP pickup with Concentric One-Knob Preamp.

Mike, I may be mistaken, but I don't think such a thing exists. As far as I'm aware all the K-bar necks were 14-fret paddle headstocks, the only slotheads from that era were 12-fret necks and used a standard trussrod, no K-bar. No reason with your BFLG woodworking skills that you couldn't attempt a "Dadi Conversion" on a standard Ovation 14-fret K-bar neck. Might work

Wait a minute. I can't recall if my Academy KA-17 has a K-bar, or if its urelite, with a rosewood fretboard.
I'll have to check.

So, are you considering paring away the neck-heel to the 12th fret, on a 14-fret K-bar, and grafting on a slothead? Or, going with the 1624 idea?
You're a better man than I, Gunga Din.
I did, however, graft a replacement 6-string slothead, onto an 1115 neck. Nice critter, too!

OK, I was right (sets a bad precedent, too!).
The Academy KA-17 has a 1 13/16", 12-fret, no TRC, woodgrain-urelite, rosewood-fretboard, 2-bolt neck. With the truss rod adjustment inside the bowl.
Now, go find one, without the rest of the critter attached!
