Personally, if I was to pick up a Taylor to keep I'd go for a GC5 (slotted headstock, 1 3/4" nut) and custom order it with a 12-fret neck setup.
On the other hand, if you've got a Taylor bug, I have a 710ce in cocobolo/engleman that you might want to try out... ;) |

Thats right: I had a snaffuu w/ the 810 FL's AA one Sunday morning...Taylor now offers a package to send the guitar back for a retro fit to the new 9v...I'm going to do it. |

Location: Phoenix AZ | The ES system is what forced the old Taylor Guitar Forum to change it's name. There was such complaining and bitching about the ES that Taylor stepped in and forced them to stop using the Taylor name with such bad press.
Be careful or Ovation will do the same to us over how we bitch about the Dummy Plug required to make your VIP tuner work !!!

| Beal, I think that of the 6503 members of the OFC you were the last member this question was aimed at.
But while we have your attention - Mauvais Beal, desert island, Applesauce or Taylor?
We need an honest answer (not that you would give us anything else). |

At least you could burn it if it turned a bit cold
