Remember how neat and clean it looked just last week?

The girls took it over this weekend to get some new songs recorded, and now it looks like this:

Hey, when do I get my turn? ;)

Look kind of sterile and unused before. This is better.

They look like good kids. I was expecting a scene from "Animal House"

BTW, those folding 24" stools from Wal-Mart? I use them on gigs. But the thin useless padding unscrews and you can take the thicker padded tops off inexpensive non-folding bar stools and screw them to the Wallies. MUCH more comfortable and a better place to sit for four hours.

Yes. They felt that "Rebekkah Goes Swimming" was too difficult for people to spell properly. So now they are "Scarlet Lace". http://www.myspace.com/scarletlacemusic The first two songs are new ones. They were both recording in a single take including guitars and vocals. Their performance has much more life when they sing at the same time compared to single tracking. The little mixer I bought for their upcoming gig in NJ came in very handy for recording this weekend!

More new songs to be put together today and tomorrow, assuming that they can find time between boyfriends and other social events.

Looks like they're gonna be the opening act for "Sitar Bob" in NJ. That's something for the resume.

Just wait till they start college and move into a dorm or an apartment. Worst slobs I've ever seen were in in some Ivy League girl's dorms, even worse than the guys. On the other hand, the girls themselves always looked top notch whereas the guys pretty much resembled their dorm rooms.

Hey, they are just like us! On the PC and not playing their instruments...

Had to say it. Glad that you are giving them some space to be.
