Is this seller's remorse over selling the Book Elite?

No, over selling the black 87C...

However, I think this one is the better of the two 87's...and the book elite has a happy home...the guy that bought the black 87 had it for sale almost immediatly...

I think this one will sound as good as the BE...

Glad it went to a good home. D'ya ever think it's weird how the 87, 97, 07 Collectors were the 'special' ones?

I prefer a 'bling lite' guitar and so although the 87 has the *7 mojo and is widely regarded to be one of the best I think I'll just hold out till the 17 Collectors ;)

My 97 was languishing in TX for too long but now it's here finally. I was gunning for this 87 (in fact I'm a little p****ed off with the seller as he didn't contact me b4 selling it to you as I thought I was next in line after Karl!).

Ho hum :(

Ok, it was a '97C and not an '87C...something 7: I was close but no cookie...

That seller has a concrete way of putting a guitar on hold/purchasing an instrument: if that's not followed, he has the discretion to sell it to the first one to pay what he asks: I did and he never mentioned anything/anyone else...
