Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | I don't mean to point out the obvious... but seriously... in todays economy, why would someone want to pay for a guitar from a stranger on eBay when they can get the same (or similar) from a reputable dealer like Alpep and pay... especially when his prices in some cases... like this one.. it about $700 LESS !!!! I'm sure he'd appreciate the extra if you really want to overpay. |

eBay's current policy of hidding the identities of bidders is random and not usually in anyway reflective of their real name for obvious reasons... |

I thought so, but when I was in the hunt in several previous auctions, it showed me as a***m -- both on my system and on others'.
That happened several times, so I'm not sure precisely how the randomizing operates.
Anything is possible I guess...I can't see the purpose then in what eBay is doing...oh well, seems like less and less makes sense these days...lol |
