Tone for days. This thing is beautiful too. I love the fretboard, it's almost 3D. The neck is very fast, and the playability is right up there with the T60.
Specs: One-piece rock maple neck with maple finger board. Schaller machine heads with 12:1 ratio. 24 nickel silver frets. Inlaid black fret and position makers. Tri-mount design pickup height adjustment. Master volume and tone controls. Single coil neck pickup with alnico magnets. Single coil bridge pickup with angled magnets. Adjustable solid brass saddles. Fully adjustable tail piece. Glued and Bolted neck mounting. Alder body with single cut away. Chrome plated strap knobs. Split German silver pickup casings.
Condition: One small nick on top of lower bout that's unnoticeable unless you look for it. one nick on headstock by "Ovation" logo, and a small crack on the pickguard. Aside from that, it's in like new condition.
Price: $450

So...
Here's something I know that maybe you don't. First, this one's in much better shape than the bass, but aside from that, your pickguard was made out of the same stuff as my TRC and pickup rings, so they're a perfect match!
Also, they were born a day apart. Mine was born on 3/20/1980, yours on 3/21/1980
They're meant to be together. If you don't buy this one and I don't sell it to someone else, I'll have to talk to you about kidnapping your bass so I can reunite the kin here. |
