Okay... I was just posting an answer to DBG's question about old age and guitar playing, and then the title changed... I'm slow and old and not too quick on the uptake! (not really)

I use them Old Man's One-A-Day vitamins. I think they have some of that stuff in them.

Otherwise, aspirin, alleve, or some of that other Neproxen Sodium crap might help...
