Location: Tracy, CA | I have a brand new iDea pre-amp module for sale. It is still in unopened shrink-wrapped box, never opened or used. I bought an Adamas guitar recently and this module came with it in addition to the VIP pre-amp. I don't need this module so I'm selling it. $200 including shipping to CONUSA. PM me if you are interested. |

Location: Utah | The kit that I got is probably the same one as you're selling. It came with a full installation package, including a new can with the additional connector for the mini-plug, a min- plug jack with wiring (requires small hole drilled in the guitar to install the jack), and a 1/4" jack with wiring (in case you are doing a fresh install into a non-preamp equipped guitar.
The mini-jack is for an aux-in, so you can plug in your MP3 player and jam along with it. Installation of that mini-jack is optional, and the iDea will work in any other OpPro or later can if you don't want the aux in function.
Installation of the can takes about 2 minutes and is super simple. Nothing to fear. The kit also comes with a rubber gasket to go around the lip of the can.
Other OpPro or later preamps work in the iDea can (not the Op30 or earlier preamps).
For us older folks, the display is easy to read and the software is very intuitive. Not a complicated thing to learn. For my 17 yr old daughter, she didn't even look at the instructions to figure it out. |
