I would like to post an ad and would like to include the pics from my "ning" gallery. If I copy the address from the "ning" gallery page, I wonder if the "copy" function will include the fact that I am logged in on the "ning" site and allow other to have access to my "logged on" status? And yes, I will not forget to post a price. If I get no buyers, may I lower the price in a reply to this ad until I do get a buyer or what is the proper way to sell if the initial price does not do the job? The guitar in question is a 2002 Adamas Melissa Etheridge Signature W597MEWP 6-string in "gently played" condition with original hard shell case. Any suggestions would be of great help. I just want to sell this beauty and need some gentle guidance so I can follow the rules and keep everyone happy. Again THANKS!

Hey Joe... You don't come around here often enough neither!

If your are concerned that if someone follows your link to you photos on 'ning'... Will the ning site think that person is you and allow him/her access to your account? No.
If I follow a link over to another member's albums, I cannot edit the photos or nothing like that.
Only you can do that.

If you are concerned you can always put the photos up on Photobucket and link to there.

Hey thanks! It doesn't hurt to ask. And, yes, iwe both have been members for a few years. I have been very ill in the past few years which has caused me to early retire and spend most of my time in medical center hospitals as a "lab rat" with all the new drugs that can "rock your world". I am trying to tie up the loose ends and still find some quality of life. Thanks for your help.

Joe,

Sorry to hear of your rough time. Here's hoping you find what your 'looking for'!

As to your second question, absolutely. It's done here all the time.

BTW, nice git!

Hey everyone...you all have been a great help. You all are way smarter than I. I am posting the first price at $1800 which includes shipping to the 48 lower states. If for some reason this price is not fair market, I will adjust so the buyer is pleased. I just want a fair exchange for both parties. The guitar is in very good shape as you can see from the pics I took and are linked thanks to Noah. Give me some feedback guys and I will cooperate to the best of my ability. Is this the first issue of this signature guitar? I think it may have been the first 6-string issue and in a wood top. A real beautiful sounding both plugged and unplugged!

Wood top? I thought they were CVT composite tops.

Joe, open up the hatch and look at the inner surface of the top. What does it look like?

Maybe you can ask Miles or Al to change the title of your thread so it reflects the guitar you're selling.

PsychoBunny,

You are absolutely correct! How stupid of me not to look more closely at the actual label inside. I was told it was wood and I guess you can't believe everything you are told. Anyway, that's why I posted it here. I knew that I would learn more about the guitar from a group that specialized in Ovation. I will shoot Miles a note asking it to be changed and again, my thanks to you!
