My first response didn't seem quite right. I knew she wanted a Patriot, so we struck a deal and the proceeds will go to Friends of the Orphans. That seemed to make both of us feel good, so the sale continues. Both have some small finish cracks. The CB has them right below the bridge. dcrunner has more pictures in the member's section. $225 plus shipping, same as I paid for it. SSB, cutaway. If you want more info, let me know. 1973 Country Artist. The finish cracks are next to the neck and there's a ding in the upper treble bout and part of an ear missing. $300 plus shipping, a bit less than I paid for it. You all know it's nylon string 14 fret. I have pics of the flaws, but this one is prettier.

It's in better shape than the guitar. The CB has an unidentified case that might have come with a Celebrity. It's in good shape, but if you would prefer an original SSB case with a repaired crack across the top neck part, I could do that, too.

If you look at my sig line (I know it's too long), you'll see it's a 92. I don't know what bracing it had. I don't remember ever looking inside. This is also the one I offered to swap for your Ultra GS. I was thinking it was an OP24 preamp, but that photo looks like it might have just been an Op or whatever the successor was to the FET.

Ovation does great bursts. Even though I'm giving the money away, SWMBO seems happier that I'm selling them than she was mad when I bought them. Based on that experience, I recommend you go ahead and buy what you want and then sell something later and you'll end up with a happier spouse. (Actually, she's still thrilled that our daughter made it out of Haiti alive and I wouldn't recommend that experience to anyone.)
