Location: Brisbane Australia		My London based daughter has been visiting me and is interested in learning to play the Ukulele.
So I am going to get her one.

I was thinking of an Applause.
There are none available here and Al tells me they are on backorder til October.

I don't want to spend a lot but I don't want a piece of crap either.

Any suggestions?

Location: Sydney, Australia		There was an Ovation one in a music store in Sydney. Do you want me to take a look, see if it's still there? I think it was around the $300 mark.

Location: USA		There is one right now at the Sam Ash in Charlotte, NC. Is us new and plays nice. I am sure they can ship it. I think it was going for around $200
