Location: Western PA | This book is a “must have” item for Ovation guitar enthusiasts. It's been out of print since the mid-90’s and now collectible. Also, a recent Internet search revealed no new copies were available and good condition used ones generally command $100.
Here’s some general info on this book:
TYPE: Large Format Paperback (12” High x 9” Wide)
PAGES: 128
LANGUAGE: English
PUBLISHER: Hal Leonard Corporation
“Written by guitar industry expert Walter Carter, it tells the story of one of the 20th century’s most innovative companies. From Charlie Kaman's humble beginnings as a helicopter manufacturer to its rise as a major acoustic guitar maker. Features beautiful color photos of Ovation guitars, interviews with Ovation artists and an appendix of guitar serial numbers for collectors.”
Photos shown below are of the exact book I’m selling. Condition is essentially "As New" (solid 9/10) with no missing pages, tears, stains, dog-eared corners, etc. You'll be hard pressed to find a used copy in better shape!
Asking $80.00 and includes free USPS Priority Mail (2 – 3 day) shipping within the continental U.S. To ensure no damage occurs during shipment, I will enclose the book in a plastic bag and then carefully pack it in a rigid flat box.
PayPal accepted and preferred. This book will be offered in the order the PMs/eMails are received.
Thanks for looking!!! :)

Mine is besmeared by some guy who used to own a gas station...
I'd sell it in a heartbeat, but - who would give money for ruined stuff like that?
Best regards,
Kurt |
