| Hi,
I need a replacement pickup for my Ovation Pinnacle. I can do the work myself but need to purchase the part online. I live out in the country, relatively far from major towns. Can anyone advise me about where I can buy this part? Thank you.
Regards,
Chris |

If so, you may be able to get one from the mothership. |

What does the OP pickup look like? How do I order one from "the mothership"?
Please forgive the newbee ignorance.

kkeller-kmc@kaman.com. He can fix you up. John <>{ |

Sorry, couldn't resist. Welcome to the OFC, where we soon stop speaking english and learn a new jargon.
"Mothership" is the Ovation/Hamer Factory in CT. It is where Customer Service, a.k.a., Kim or John are. There is a phone number around here somewhere.
Check out these two websites and you will fill your head with all kinds of Ovationology:

Give the factory a call or email. They will be able get you what you need. Though you're guitar is not USA made, I think it shares the electronic with US models...
you might have the Thinline undersaddle pup and they should have them...
