Location: closely held secret | I thought the '83 was a cutaway. The picture in the archives certainly is.
In truth, I didn't think they made any s/s that weren't cutaways. |

Location: Australia | I know it's not a regular production model but wasn't Glen Campbell's Adamas a 1687 with a shallow bowl ? |

Location: SoCal | Campbell's was a cutaway (actually both of them, one a nylon string -- Country Artist neck -- and the other a steel string). |

Location: Australia | He also had an Adamas with non cutaway with a shallow (perhaps Artist) bowl which can be seen in the DVD's, Dublin 81 concert and Any Which Way You Can movie.
....I just checked |

Location: Brentwood,TN | I have a custom Elite super shallow non-cutaway. I had it built in 2002. It is not something they ran as production from what they tell me? Only custom orders and I had a hard time trying to get it done.... |

Location: SoCal | They didn't neccessarily have a mold. When they built the first cutaways, they took a noncutaway and cut of the treble corner, then molded a horm to it. You could see that in the Country Artist I just sold. For a ssb full body, they might have just cut the bowl down.... |
