the same information for any others in your party that may be attending.
Please remember that no one under 16 (it may be 18 I have to check that) is allowed due to insurance purposes.
You may also be asked at a later point to provide this info on another form
please let's try to keep this thread free of inside jokes and other nonsense.

Location: Cicero, NY | My .02 - I know we would all like to help Al out. I've pm'd him myself asking if I could assist in any way but he maintains that, at least at this point, it's unnecessary. And we all know that unasked for help, although well meaning, can complicate things.
Al's done this a couple of times and, from all indications, he's done a pretty damn good job at it. I would say let's wait to be asked for help before we start our own lists (and then add to Al's load by telling him he has to verify them against his lists). I've responded as I would believe you all have. Let's trust that Al has our names and is going after those who wait for the last minute.
Side note to those who wait for the last minute - It can only be better organized for all of us with your help. Please get off your proverbial pots and tell Al you're in. Or, should you show up at the last minute unannounced, please have the courtesy to participate from the parking lot. ;) |

unfortunately this is the situation this year.
Miles did not put up the usual sign in program. this allows a running list of all members attending. I unfortunately do not have the computer skills to make the on line list happen. I wish I did. I also wish I would fix the gallery but I can't I just don't have those skills. I would urge you all to e mail miles and ask him to fix it. mileskb@aol.com or support@ovationfanclub.com.
since I am trying to get some things organized for this trip I had the need to get names ASAP
as a result, I asked for people to e mail me. I started to orgainze that in my e mail mailbox.
For me to list every name I have to go to every e mail and cut and paste into one list. Too much hassle at this time.
