Another fine Ebay understatement:

"needs some work"

Just glue the new top on!

Check it out - I emailed the seller and he told me his reserve is "A little over $200." He felt justifed "because a new case was $150 and the keys were $160 and they couldn't even quote me the price of a new neck."

Right, but.....

I'm amazed he put a reserve on that at all!

He also would have probably done better if he would have thunk to use the word "guitar" in his title and/or "parts".

So... you gurus out there... just as a guess, what would you guess that Ovation would charge to put a new top on that one if someone just bought it and sent it to the factory?

I'm just curious.

I prefer stuff that doesn't "appear" to be smashed. LOL

Probably about $10 more than you could find a nice one for.
