Location: Chehalis, Washington | I can't seem to get ahold of the guy, despite the fact that he won the auction on my 1869 nearly a week ago. I haven't gotten any response from him to this point, and was curious if he was known to any here.
By his history on ebay, he appears to be an O collector of sorts. Ring any bells? |

Location: Capital District, NY, USA Minor Outlying Islands | I always set a time limit for payment, if not received or at least contacting me within the time frame, the next highest bidder gets asked if he wants the item. It happened to me once, the second bidder said no he didn't want it, so back on ebay it went. Then you file a report with ebay if you want regarding the welshing bidder. |

Location: CT | If you don't hear back after 2 weeks from auction end, report to eBay as a non-paying bidder. Then you don't get hit with any eBay fees, and you can leave some nasty feedback. |
