Here's some photos I took. Luckily I could not take any photos of myself.

Hey Dave....

What's with the Elite with the holes in the bowl? I've never seen that before - can ya fill me in on that one?

Danka in advance...

I didn't see any capos in the pictures but I did see a few bar chords.

Lotsa capos on those headstocks...

I'm guessing it's cool to own one but even cooler to not use 'em.

While the rest of sat at our computers trying to run up our post counts. :D

Thanks for sharing the pictures. Did anyone go home with the wrong guitar?

That's Bauerhillboy's 6778LX. He wanted to do an experiment, reasoning that if he cut holes in the side, he would be able to hear it better when playing.

And is the verdict in on that one?

I would think the holes would lessen the overall sound.

(but that's from someone that doesn't know squat!)

RE:
"verdict"

The brush was too wet to burn him at the stake for heresy and sacrilidge with a Dremel!

So we had to let him go! Actually I appreciate creativity with other peoples guitars.

The elite of Bauerhillboy with the side holes actually sounded very good. There are some other guitars on the market that have the side ports as well.

As far as the cappos, I know everyone has their favorite storage places, but please don't go clamping a giant spring onto the beautifully finished headstock of any of MY guitars, OK?

I just went back and looked at the photos. Yes, I guess most of them do contain pictures of refreshments don't they ...
